Lee is Founder & Executive Director.. For 35 years Lee has managed complex business transformation and organizational change management projects for very large corporations. He now brings his project management and leadership skills to bear for Sunflower Outreach to continue the impact his daughter Meagan hoped to make. Lee is also an author of The Modern Myths for Mindfulness collection; illustrated books to help children and adults nurture mindfulness, create empowerment, and explore their sense of self.

Brock Peyer (Atlanta, GA) (Financial Management)
Brock serves as Vice President, Financial Sales Manager of First Citizens Bank in Duluth, GA. Brock also serves as Trustee of The John and Polly Sparks Foundation. Brock enjoys woodworking in his free time.

Foss Baker, Esq. (Atlanta, GA) (Legal/Compliance)
Foss is an attorney with the law firm of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, PA. Foss has been active on other wellness-centered boards, has an interest in the arts and is a lifelong Atlanta Braves fan.

Laurie Foster (Charlotte, NC) (Marketing and Scalability)
As founder of Foster Growth Strategies, Laurie is deeply skilled in leadership strategy, organizational performance, and scalable growth. Her focus is to raise leadership clarity and operational confidence; align vision, strategy, and execution; build methods that sustain performance at scale; and shift complexity into repeatable outcomes. With nearly 30,000 LinkedIn followers, Laurie brings her “5Es to Excellence” methodology (Effective, Efficient, Easy, Engaging, Evolving) to help shape our Sunflower Outreach offering for the sustainable and scalable benefit of our community.
